Staci Weatherford, receptionist:
Staci was born in Show Low and raised in Scottsdale. She's been a pet owner her entire life. Staci spent 20 years working in the legal field for two international law firms in the valley. Five years ago she chose to stay home to be with her children. While they were in school, she worked as a transcriptionist for psychologists and the Pinal County Courts. Her passions are her family and her two soft-coated wheaten terriers, Luci and Max. Staci was looking for a new adventure and found Topaz Veterinary Clinic.
Traci Eisenhauer, technician:
Traci was born in Illinois and moved to Arizona when she was 4. She knew she wanted to be a Veterinary Assistant when she was in the 6th grade. She reached this goal when she graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a Certified Veterinary Assistant in September 2009 and hopes to continue her education to become a Certified Veterinary Technician. Traci has a silly Doberman named Roxi, and an "independent" cat named Gemini. When she is not working, she enjoys being a volunteer "victim" for the Arizona Search Dogs.
Janine Kemp, Certified Veterinary Technician:
Janine is originally from Chicago, Illinois and has been living in the valley for the past 11 years. She has been a veterinary technician for the past 5 1/2 years and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2007. She has one adorable pug, Matilda, a dainty brussels griffon, Josephine, and several naughty cats. Janine also has a daughter who is the light of her life. In her time off she enjoys spending time with her family, dabbling in photography, and she is an avid knitter.
Valerie Longbottom, Licensed Veterinary Technician:
Valerie grew up in Michigan and moved to Arizona in 1994 after graduating with an associates degree from Macomb Community College in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. She has been working in the veterinary field ever since and has been able to use her skills while living in several different places including Arizona, California, and Hawaii. She now lives in Scottsdale with her husband, their two children, and their beautiful cat named Chaska. When she is not working, Valerie enjoys traveling and hiking with her family.
