To ensure we can provide thorough care to all our patients and accommodate scheduled procedures, our clinic operates by appointment. While we strive to stay on schedule and make every effort to see each client on time, please understand that emergency cases will always take top priority. As a result, occasional delays may occur, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Drop-Off Appointments

For your convenience, we offer drop-off appointments. This allows you to bring your pet in at a time that works best for you and leave them with us for a few hours. We typically ask that drop-offs take place in the morning, so our doctors can examine your pet between scheduled appointments or during designated times for hospitalized patients. Once the exam is complete, a doctor will call you to discuss the exam findings and provide a treatment plan and discharge instructions.

Housecall Services

Housecall appointments are available by special arrangement only. This option can be especially helpful if your pet is anxious about traveling or visiting the clinic. Please note, an additional fee applies for all housecall visits.

Patient Safety and Comfort

Although we take every step to ensure our patients feel as comfortable as possible during their visit, some pets may be nervous in new environments. For the safety of all pets and clients, we kindly ask that all animals be properly restrained when entering the clinic. Dogs should be on a secure leash, and cats or small pets should be in a carrier.
