New Client Deposit Policy
When booking your first appointment, we require a deposit equal to the exam fee. This deposit will be applied to your invoice at the time of your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your rescheduled appointment date.
This policy helps us reduce missed appointments and allows us to better manage our schedule so we can remain available for all our patients — especially those needing urgent care. We also limit the number of new clients we see each day to ensure we can continue to provide timely care to our established clients.
